Yes, the tinting of your windows is legal in Belgium, under certain conditions :

• The rear window and the rear side windows can be of any transparency and colour, if you can see the outside from the passenger compartment, that your vehicle is equipped with two side mirrors and that the degree of reverberation does not exceed 15.
• The windscreen and front side windows may not be tinted under any circumstances ! The law permits the installation of a solar strip, with or without lettering, on the windscreen. This sun strip may not be reflective and its lower horizontal limit may not extend beyond the lower edge of your unfolded sun visor.
