Do you check the passenger compartment before the dusting and vacuuming stage?
Yes, we check the entire interior before we start this stage. If we find any personal belongings (keys, identity papers, coins, etc.), we set them aside.
They are then placed back in your vehicle, in their original place.
Do you remove animal hair at this stage?
Yes, the vacuuming and dusting stage includes the removal of pet hair embedded in the fibre of your carpets or on your seats.
Is there a risk of creating scratches on my leather seats during this step?
No. We are taking all necessary measures to prevent this from happening.
